Back a couple of years ago at Christmas time, my mom was in the hospital in the intensive care unit. I didn't think she would make it.
It was so comforting to me that she was seeing angels. Specifically, she saw adorably cute baby angels who did fun little tricks and kept her entertained and out of pain.
You might believe that was the medication she was on or her weary mind after such an ordeal. I believe that it was Our Lord, comforting his children with something they find enjoyable. For my mom that was cute, well behaved baby angels.
What a blessing.
Luke 2: 13-14
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
"Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests".
